Half or full butchered pasture-raised Tamworth pigs
Our pasture-raised Tamworth pigs are available whole, or halved, all butchered and vacuum-packed ready for your freezer.
We supply the meat expertly butchered into a range of cuts (chops and roasting joints) all packed and labeled ready for your freezer.
Please contact us once the order is placed to discuss what size joints you would like ie 'large family' or 'small family'.
As standard the pig will be butchered as follows:
- Leg - boned and rolled and jointed (number depends on family size)
- Loin - 1/2 boned and rolled loin joint, 1/2 chops.
- Shoulder - boned and rolled joints,
- Belly - Off the bone in joints.
Special butchery requests can usually be accommodated. Sausages and Bacon can be included for an additional price. Please call us on 376343 to discuss.
We can also supply whole pigs for hog roasts or for you to butcher yourself.
