A recent holiday in Italy for our founder, Tracey, was the perfect opportunity to sample a wide range of artisanal Italian charcuterie. The experience lead to the creation of the Close Leece Farm Manx Salami; a delicate blend of black pepper and fennel seeds with fine wine. The result is a salami that will not fail to delight, whether eaten with some fresh crusty bread or with a few slices of mozzarella and a drizzle of olive oil.
Sold as either a 100g stick, peeled and vacuum packed to ensure freshness or in their skins and wrapped in paper for the fully authentic experience (priced by weight).
