We were delighted to welcome chef James Martin to the farm as part of the filming for his upcoming ITV primetime show "James Martin's Island to Highlands".
James spent some time out in the fields discussing Tamworths. He also rolled up his sleeves and made some charcuterie with us. The visit was rounded off by trying some of our wonderful charcuterie and a chat around the whole farming venture.
